Calling isn’t as scary as you might think - coming from me, who hates phone calls at the best of times - as the staff at the end of the line are so supportive and patient. For my course, they required a portfolio submission, which I sent off later that day; and a phone call interview, which I took the following afternoon. So, it was a quick process.
